![]() Overall, absolutely fantastic and wonderfully wicked.10/10. The villain is incredibly creepy while also being very cool. The reveal of which was uniquely staged and one of the show's more unexpected ones. Thorn with the Tranquilizer Gun was hilarious too and the reactions in the reveal likewise, was worried about overlong and repetitive running gags but they didn't come here thankfully. Endearingly goofy but also quite smart like when Shaggy and Scooby are in front of the audience. Furthermore, the writing is especially good in the humour, which is classic Scooby Doo. Loved the gang's increasingly individual personalities here as well. Seeing how they react to the effects of the curse was both entertaining and eerie, was very surprised to see that aggressive a side to Thorn. Not just because of their appealing personalities, which the episode relishes while showing different sides to them too, but also because of how they're used (there is plenty of screen time while not overshadowing the gang) and how they interact with the gang (in pitch perfect harmony). The Hex Girls are up there with 'Scooby Doo and Guess Who's' best guest stars. Had no issue with the voice acting and loved how the music setting was used. Even better is the very catchy new song from the Hex Girls, not quite "Hex Girl" level but fun and catchy at least. The music is dynamic and groovy, also loved the modern spin on the iconic classic theme tune for 'Scooby Doo Where are You', although it is too short. The animation has a lot of atmosphere, rich colour and even richer attention to detail, especially for the villain and at the end. Scooby Doo Theme Song scooby dooby doo where are u weve got some work to do. Pretty much everything works here, with the one ever so minor complaint (which for me was overlookable) being that there could have been more of Dusk. After that, they appeared in Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire in 2003, and made a guest appearance on the What's New Scooby-Doo series episode 'The Vampire Strikes Back'. They first appeared on the direct-to-DVD movie Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost in 1999. One of the coolest, most entertaining and creepiest and the Hex Girls are far from wasted. The Hex Girls are a fictional female eco-goth rock band who appear in the long-running American animated series, Scooby-Doo. On rewatch, "I Put a Hex on You" is still one of my favourite episodes, not just of Season 1 (which took a while to settle but the second half of it was very well done) but of 'Scooby Doo and Guess Who' overall. Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated 7 26 In Fear of the Phantom Velmas favorite band, The Hex Girls, is in town and the gang have front row seats S Followed by. Not just meeting expectations but exceeding them far and beyond. "I Put a Hex on You" did not disappoint on first watch, for me it was actually one of the standout episodes in the best of ways. Am also a fan of the Hex Girls ever since their first appearance in one of my favourite Scooby Doo films 'Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost' and considering them one of the franchise's best recurring characters. Loved the premise, love anything centered around music and the Scooby Doo franchise has been enormously successful with a vast majority of its music themed episodes etc. You can download The Hex Girls (From "Scooby Doo") on JioSaavn App.Of all the episodes of 'Scooby Doo and Guess Who' prior to watching the show for the first time, "I Put a Hex on You" was one of the episodes this reviewer was most psyched about.
